I trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London and qualified in 1994. I continued with post graduate training with particular interest in Cranial Osteopathy.
I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of The Institute of Osteopathy and The Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.
I keep up to date with advances in osteopathy by attending regular refresher courses each year.
I have gained experience treating babies and children at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy) where I worked part time for 18 months while working in my own practice.
Before becoming an osteopath I trained as a State Registered Nurse and as a Health Visitor which was an invaluable starting point for osteopathy.
I enjoy keeping fit with ballet, swimming, yoga, Pilates, walking and the gym. I trained in classical and contemporary ballet for 20 years and this remains a great interest.
I will be pleased to answer your questions before you make an appointment - just call the clinic.
