When you come to see me I will take your medical history. I will also keep notes every time I treat you. All your records will be kept in strict confidence and will not be shown to anyone else without your consent. I will keep your records for the length of time specified in the regulations and guidelines issued by the General Osteopathic Council from time to time.
I will take your contact details for the purposes of arranging appointments. I do not use your details for marketing, but may contact you if at any time in the future I change the location of my practice.
Under data protection law you have the right of access to your personal data, as well as other rights including the right to correct inaccurate data and the right to erase data which is no longer necessary. You may exercise these rights by contacting me at the address on this website. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner.
